Visiting hours
N.B :

● These visiting hours and procedures can be adjusted according to the services and according to the current epidemiological situation marked by Covid-19;
● Exceptional personal visit authorizations may be granted by the director of the hospital at the request of the head of the department or after the agreement of the latter;
● In the event of a visit expressly refused by the patient, the staff of the department concerned ensures that this visit is prohibited;
● Visits from emergency services are not permitted.

Rules to respect
Visitors take care not to disturb the rest of the patients and not to interfere with the operation of the services. In general, they are required to:

➔ Respect the visit schedule;
➔ Respect the instructions of the service;
➔ Leave the room during treatment or medical visits;
➔ Strive to shorten the visit time so as not to tire the patient;
➔ Avoid overwhelming the patient with questions about their state of health (ask any useful information on this subject from the staff available to them);
➔ Avoid reporting family problems or any bad news likely to affect the patient's state of health;
➔ Do not make noise (sound device, loud conversations, etc.);
➔ Do not sit on patient beds;
➔ Do not introduce drugs not prescribed by the attending physician, food or illicit products;
➔ Do not introduce animals;
➔ Do not harm the premises and equipment of the service;
➔ Do not photograph or film inside the establishment without prior authorization from the Director;
➔ Observe hygiene rules;
➔ Respect the cases of restriction of visits (the state of the patient, the state of health of the visitors, the number of visitors, the age of the visitors, etc.) or of prohibition thereof (patients suffering from contagious diseases) ;
➔ Respect the preventive measures against Covid-19:

» Physical distancing;
» Mandatory wearing of a mask (Cover the mouth, nose and chin).
