The Souss-Massa University Hospital Center has emergency services that take care of medical or surgical emergencies 24/7.
Patients are received and sorted according to the severity of their state of health. In this context, two circuits are respected:

- Immediate care then declaration of discharge or medical decision to hospitalize.
