Training of nurses and health technicians

The Souss Massa University Hospital Center participates in the practical training of nurses and health technicians in collaboration with the Higher Institutes of Nursing Professions and Health Techniques (ISPITS) of the kingdom.
➔ Through its internship offer, the CHU Souss Massa allows students to benefit from the conditions necessary for the transfer of their theoretical knowledge. Thus, students give meaning to their future profession and forge their skills as future leaders.

NB :

  • Other streams or options may be opened or canceled following proposals from the school board after approval by the central commission for the coordination of training;
  • The annual internship schedules are received at the beginning of each year, by the Continuing Education Department at the CHU SM management;
  • In order to guarantee quality local supervision, ISPITS and healthcare establishments are called upon to:
    • Planning internships on the basis of studies of clinical resources carried out by mutual agreement between the training establishments and the healthcare structures;
    • Strictly respect the capacity of care services, taking into account the learning opportunities relating to the specialties of the student trainees;
    • Ensure compliance with management standards in line with the expectations of healthcare establishments in terms of contribution to the services offered to patients;
    • Reserving, as a priority, the reception capacity of healthcare structures for students covered by ISPITS.
