Continuing education

In an ever-changing world of work and given the evolution of science and technology, initial training alone cannot meet the needs of a professional life. As a result, organizations that aspire to excellence develop effective continuing education strategies.
Moreover, in the field of health, the ethical obligations of professionals towards people who live health experiences prove to be an essential incentive for the constant search for new knowledge. Indeed, no one can claim professionalism far from the constant search for new knowledge.
With this in mind and working towards its training mission, in accordance with Law 70-13, the CHU Souss Massa, like other University Hospital Centers, invests time and money in continuing education on the basis of guiding principles of continuing education engineering to strengthen the skills of health professionals, in coordination with government authorities, professional health organizations and learned societies concerned.
In this context, the CHU Souss Massa draws up a training plan each year reconciling supply and demand for continuing education. Indeed, this mixed logic makes it possible to satisfy the continuing education needs felt and expressed by health professionals; those demonstrated through supervision missions as well as normative and institutional needs.
This mission of continuing education at the CHU Souss Massa level is entrusted to the continuing education and skills management service, in accordance with article 24 of the organization of the CHU Souss Massa (2021).
