Your patient file has a unique structure. It is under the responsibility of the head of the department (Director, head of hospital training);
It is the property of the Center which ensures its conservation and the confidentiality of its information;
Your file may be consulted on site for scientific purposes after authorization from the hospital director;
In the event of legal proceedings, your file may be communicated to the expert, as it may be communicated, upon requisition, to the competent judicial authority.

If you wish:
Consult your file on site in the presence of your attending physician or:
Have a copy of your file or a detailed report of your medical treatment
Send a written request to the director of the hospital with your attending physician.
