    <h5>Pour participer \u00e0 un concours d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un \u00e9tablissement sup\u00e9rieur reconnu de formation dipl\u00f4mante vous \u00eates appel\u00e9s \u00e0 :<\/h5>\n<ol>\n \t<li>Formuler votre demande (accompagn\u00e9e des pi\u00e8ces demand\u00e9es dans l\u2019\u00e9nonc\u00e9 de concours) et l\u2019envoyer SC\/VH audit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tablissement concern\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n \t<li>Signer le PV de cessation de service si vous \u00eates d\u00e9clar\u00e9 admis (Apr\u00e8s proclamation des r\u00e9sultats) ;<\/li>\n \t<li>Signer le PV de prise de service qui sera adress\u00e9, par la suite, par l\u2019\u00e9tablissement au CHU Souss Massa ;<\/li>\n \t<li>A la fin de la formation, se pr\u00e9senter au service du personnel \u00e0 la DRHDPC, menu d\u2019une attestation de r\u00e9ussite et signez le PV de prise de service ;<\/li>\n \t<li>R\u00e9cup\u00e9rer votre note d\u2019affectation et rejoignez votre nouveau service et signer le PV de prise de
