● Autorisation d\u2019admission par le directeur de l\u2019h\u00f4pital si le patient exprime le d\u00e9sir et s'engage \u00e0 payer les frais de s\u00e9jour de l\u2019accompagnant ;
\n● Les patients hospitalis\u00e9s en chambre commune ou sous le r\u00e9gime de la gratuit\u00e9 ne peuvent pr\u00e9tendre \u00e0 l\u2019admission d\u2019un accompagnant ;
\n● La maman qui allaite est retenue syst\u00e9matiquement aupr\u00e8s de son enfant ;
\n● La m\u00e8re d\u2019un patient mineur, particuli\u00e8rement, de moins de 5 ans ou son repr\u00e9sentant l\u00e9gal de sexe f\u00e9minin, peut \u00eatre autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 rester aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019enfant pendant le s\u00e9jour de ce dernier \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital ;
\n● L\u2019accompagnant n\u2019est pas nourrit \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital ;
\n● L\u2019accompagnant est tenu de se conformer au r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019h\u00f4pital et de ne pas perturber le fonctionnement du service sous peine d\u2019exclusion ;
\n● Si les n\u00e9cessit\u00e9s de service requi\u00e8rent l\u2019utilisation du lit occup\u00e9 par l\u2019accompagnant, ce dernier ne peut se pr\u00e9valoir \u00e0 son maintien \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital ;
\n● Pratiquer l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne des mains le plus souvent avec du savon ou une solution hydro-alcoolique ;
