Le CHU Souss Massa (CHU SM) est un \u00e9tablissement de sant\u00e9 public dot\u00e9 de la personnalit\u00e9 morale et de l\u2019autonomie financi\u00e8re. Il est cr\u00e9\u00e9 suite au D\u00e9cret n\u00b0 2-17-589 du 9 Kaada 1439 (23\/07\/2018) pris pour l\u2019application de la loi n\u00b0 70-13 relative aux Centre Hospitalo-Universitaire, publi\u00e9 au Bulletin officiel n\u00b0 6696 du 19 Kaada 1439 (02\/08\/2018). En termes d'organisation, les centres sont des structures transversales regroupant des activit\u00e9s, des unit\u00e9s et\/ou services m\u00e9dicaux qui peuvent \u00eatre rattach\u00e9s \u00e0 des d\u00e9partements diff\u00e9rents.
