href=\"\"> Ordinary discharge<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-3231\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-3231\"><ul>\n <li>It is pronounced by the director of the center (on the proposal of the head of department) when the attending physician considers that the patient&#8217;s state of health no longer requires hospitalization;<\/li>\n <li>In the event of refusal to leave the establishment, the director is entitled to invoice the patient directly for the costs inherent in keeping him in the establishment;<\/li>\n <li>The ordinary outing cannot take place after 4:30 p.m. and it takes place every working day, except for exceptions by order of the Director of the Center;<\/li>\n <li>Newborn babies generally leave the maternity ward at the same time as their mothers, except in special cases (premature babies or force majeure);<\/li>\n <li>In the event of social problems, the patient is taken care of by the hospital social worker, failing that the person in charge of reception;<\/li>\n <li>The head nurse of the hospital department takes all measures to inform the patient&#8217;s family and prepare the necessary documents;<\/li>\n <li>In certain specific cases, the Management of the Center informs the following entities or competent authorities of the discharge of certain categories of patients, namely:\n<ul>\n <li>The competent authority for a non-civilian patient;<\/li>\n <li>Accommodation establishment for minors covered by social centres;<\/li>\n <li>The authorities that ordered the compulsory hospitalization of people with psychiatric disorders;<\/li>\n <li>The public prosecutor and the director of the penitentiary establishment for, respectively, persons placed in police custody and prisoners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-3232\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-3232\" transfer<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-3232\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-3232\"><ul>\n <li>It is pronounced following a medical decision and after prior agreement of the host hospital by the appropriate means (telephone in case of emergency);<\/li>\n <li>A home transfer may be authorized by the department head doctor if the department doctors find that a hospitalized patient is in a particularly serious condition (dying or below all therapeutic resources). The patient or his family expresses the wish in writing.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-3233\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-3233\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-chevron-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-chevron-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" href=\"\">Death<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-3233\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-3233\"><ul>\n <li>The prescriptions of Dahir No. l-68-980 of 31.10.1969 relating to burials, exhumations and transport of bodies are scrupulously respected;<\/li>\n <li>As soon as the death is certified, the discharge is made while guaranteeing the transport of the mortal remains to the morgue;<\/li>\n <li>What falls to the family of the deceased:\n<ul>\n <li>Formalities for declaring death to the Civil Registry<\/li>\n <li>Transportation and burial of the remains;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n <li>Presentation of the burial permit to the administration in order to recover the body of the deceased;<\/li>\n <li>The use of ambulances is prohibited. The transport of the body must be carried out in a mortuary van;<\/li>\n <li>Sums of money and\/or valuables are returned upon presentation of a power of attorney and a certified copy of the certificate of inheritance;<\/li>\n <li>The duplicate of the death certificate can be issued to one of the beneficiaries upon written request addressed to the Director of the hospital accompanied by a certified copy of the certificate of inheritance and a power of attorney.<\/li >\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-3234\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-3234\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-chevron-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-chevron-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" href=\"\">Other discharge<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-3234\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-3234\"><h5>\u2794 Temporary discharge during hospitalization<\/h5>\n<ul>\n <li>The request for temporary release is made by the patient;<\/li>\n <li>Depending on the patient&#8217;s state of health and length of stay;<\/li>\n <li>When the patient does not return within the time allowed, he will be declared discharged by the administration.
