However, on an exceptional basis, and depending on the reception capacities of the hospital center requested, duly justified changes in training centers may be admissible.<\/li>\n <li>With an equal course in the same specialty, residents can apply for a permutation with the agreement of the heads of the respective training departments, the directors of the Hospital Centers and the deans of the faculties are submitted to the National Commission for instructions. The implementation of training center changes falls within the competence of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>d- Coverage of work-related illnesses and accidents:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n <li>Residents who are not civil servants are subject to the regime instituted by the dahir of 25 hija 1345 (25 June 1927) modified in form by dahir n\u00b0 1-60-223 of 12 moharrem 1382 (6 February 1963) relating to the compensation for accidents at work;<\/li>\n <li>Occupational illnesses are covered by insurance taken out by the hospital centre;<\/li>\n <li>Illnesses and accidents not resulting in permanent disability are treated free of charge in hospitals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>e- Change of specialty:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n <li>A request for a change of specialty, exceptionally, may be admissible during the first trimester of residency and only within the specialty group to which the applicant belongs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>f- Status change:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n <li>The non-contract resident can apply for a contract resident position, depending on budgetary possibilities.<\/li>\n <li>The contractual resident cannot, under any circumstances, submit a request for a change of\nstatus.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2172\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Obligations<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2172\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2172\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><h5>1. Leave:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n <li>The date of departure on leave is set by joint decision of the dean of the faculty of medicine and pharmacy or the dean of the faculty of dentistry and the director of the hospital center concerned on the proposal of the professor head of hospital service;< \/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>2. Internship attendance and discipline:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n <li>Apart from the cases provided for by the regulations in force, no absence is authorized. Any unjustified absence or administrative or professional fault committed by the resident is liable to disciplinary sanctions in accordance with the regulations in force;<\/li>\n <li>It is mandatory to wear the badge inside the hospital;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>3.
