    • The centre’s development plan, drawn up in accordance with government health policy, the health map and the regional healthcare plan for the region concerned;<\/li>\n
    • The Center’s RI;<\/li>\n
    • The cooperation plan with the health establishments located in the catchment area of \u200b\u200bthe Center as well as with the other university hospitals;<\/li>\n
    • Cooperation projects with health establishments located in the catchment area where the Center offers its services as well as with other university hospitals;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t

      \u00bb Discuss the program contracts to be concluded with the State;<\/strong>

      • The draft annual budget of the Center and the methods of its financing as well as the accounts for the past financial year;<\/li>\n
      • The regulations setting the conditions and methods of awarding contracts by the Centre, in accordance with the regulations in force;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • Composition of the Center;<\/li>\n
        • Loans to contract;<\/li>\n
        • The conclusion of agreements with national or foreign public or private bodies;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • The organization chart of the Centre, setting out the organizational structures and attributions of its administration and that of the hospital and\/or care establishments that make it up, as well as the procedures for appointing executives occupying positions of responsibility within the center and said establishments;<\/li>\n
          • The statute of the center’s staff, which sets out in particular the conditions of recruitment, remuneration and the development of the professional career;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            \u00bb Proposes the rates for care and services provided by the Centre, which are set by regulation;<\/strong>
            \u00bb Accepts donations and legacies;<\/strong >
            \u00bb Examines and submits for approval to the competent government authorities any draft agreement to be concluded with the university;<\/strong>
            \u00bb Examines and approves the reports of evaluation of management performance and audit reports, as well as development and equipment projects for the Centre;<\/strong>

              The Board appoints a chairman of the CG and his deputy from among the members of the said committee.
